Brad M. Thies
Brad graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in
2001. Prior to attending law school, he obtained undergraduate
degrees in Psychology and Business management from Dana College in
Blair, Nebraska. Brad has broad practice experience, focusing mainly on
tort and commercial cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has
represented clients in litigation, potential litigation and business
disputes in traditional court venues, arbitration forums, administrative
hearings and the appeals process.
Brad’s practice encompasses client matters involving general
commercial litigation, including business torts, consumer-related
disputes, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, governmental
agency compliance,
product liability, warranties, employment issues,
personal injury, premises liability,
real estate and class action
lawsuits.
Brad relishes the opportunity to work closely
with clients to resolve existing issues by offering aggressive,
reasonable and economically feasible solutions, as well as providing
advice on the implementation of practices and procedures that will
assist clients in limiting the potential for future legal disputes and
exposure.
In his free time, Brad roots on the newest member of the Big Ten
Conference, the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
