Brian D. Rubin

Born in Philadelphia, Brian Rubin moved to Arizona and joined the firm in 2003 as an associate. He became a partner in 2008.

Brian has extensive experience in handling both personal and commercial lines coverage issues, and a substantial part of Brian’s practice involves the analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage issues. His practice also involves representing insurance companies in defense of bad faith claims.

Brian's practice includes defending complex personal injury matters, including the defense and litigation of automobile accidents. In addition, Brian is heavily involved in construction litigation, handling many complex multi-party cases. He also has a wealth of experience in product liability, premises liability and liquor liability actions.

A member of the Defense Research Institute, Brian has served as a contributing author to DRI’s State Damages Compendium.

Brian is a 1997 graduate of the University of Delaware. In 2002, he graduated, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the New York Law School "Human Rights Journal."

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his young son, traveling, cooking, and following Philadelphia Eagles football.
