Caleb S. Lihn
Caleb Lihn finds great satisfaction in
obtaining positive results for his clients through creative written and
oral advocacy. His practice focuses on representing individuals and
businesses in tort litigation, with emphases in
automobile
liability,
premises liability,
product liability,
bad faith and §1983 claims.
A litigator with nearly ten years of
experience. Caleb has first-chaired several jury trials and successfully
defended dozens of arbitrations and mediations on behalf of his clients.
He has also analyzed numerous insurance coverage issues and authored
related coverage opinions.
He received his law degree from the
McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and his
bachelor's degree in psychology from Arizona State University. While in
law school, Caleb served as a Comment Editor for "The Transnational
Lawyer," the school’s international law journal.
Caleb lives in Phoenix with his wife Stacey
and two young daughters, one of whom was born with a severe congenital
heart defect (CHD). Caleb devotes much of his free time to raising
awareness and helping other families affected by CHDs. In addition to
spending time with his family, Caleb enjoys reading, traveling and
following Arizona Cardinals football.
