Michael G. Kelley

Michael Kelley was born and raised in Arizona. While attending law school at Arizona State University, he gained a wide array of experience clerking for judges in both state and federal court and working as a prosecutor and a public defender. Michael also earned a pro bono distinction for the many hours he spent volunteering with the Victim’s Legal Assistance Project and the Junior Law program.

After graduating with honors, he joined Thomas, Thomas & Markson in 2004 and became a junior partner in 2011. Michael’s practice is focused on representing individuals and businesses in a wide array of tort litigation cases ranging from automobile liability and premises liability cases to product liability, wrongful death and complex insurance coverage issues. He also deals extensively with Medicare, ERISA and health care provider liens.

He is an active member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and is a past president of the AADC Young Lawyers Division. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his growing family.
