Neal B. Thomas

Mr. Thomas graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law in 1986. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Communications in 1979 from the University of California at San Diego. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. After relocating to Arizona, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William E. Eubank of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mr. Thomas has extensive appellate experience, which includes numerous appearances before the Arizona Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Thomas’ practice emphasizes insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, real estate litigation and general liability defense litigation in trial, appellate, state and federal courts. Mr. Thomas is also well versed in areas of employment law and has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Phoenix.
