Brian Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Delaware. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While attending New York Law School, Brian was an Articles Editor for the New York Law School Human Rights Journal. Brian’s practice is concentrated in tort litigation with emphasis in insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability and UIM/UM coverage. In addition, he also has authored coverage opinions and analysis.
