Barry Markson handles tort and commercial cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to his emphasis on insurance defense matters, Barry’s practice focuses on rental car liability, complex personal injury litigation, construction defect litigation and entertainment law. Barry was appointed to serve as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore, and often serves as a private arbitrator and mediator. Barry presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. He previously served as President of the AADC’s Young Lawyers’ Division, and on the Board of Trustees of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation. Barry also devotes time to pro bono cases through the Volunteer Lawyers’ Association.
